Cinnamon Sugar Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of water

  • ⅔ cup ground coffee

  • 3 tbsp dark brown sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Ice for serving

  • Milk of choice, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee using the “OVER ICE” mode.

  2. In a quart jar, stir together the water, coffee, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

  3. The next day, strain the coffee base through a fine-mesh sieve into a medium bowl, then pour it into a clean jar.

  4. For each drink:

    •  Fill a tall glass halfway with ice.
    • Pour in the coffee until the glass is ¾ full.
    • Add creamer and extra sugar to taste.
