Warranty Policy
KITCHEN APPLIANCES NEW:
Core Home, LLC d/b/a Thyme & Table® offers a limited 1-year Warranty (the “Warranty”) available on sales through authorized distributors and retailers only. Please note that this Warranty becomes valid from the date of initial retail purchase and that the Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This Warranty is void without proof of purchase within the United States and Canada. Please be aware that this Warranty supersedes all other warranties and constitutes the entire agreement between the consumer and Thyme & Table®. No other party has the right or ability to alter or change the Terms and Conditions of this Warranty. We may ask you to please submit, via email, photos and/or video of the issue you are experiencing. This is to help us better assess the matter and possibly offer a quick fix. Photos and/or video may also be required to determine warranty eligibility.
This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you own a Thyme & Table® product that was purchased at retail for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required under applicable law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.
Thyme & Table® shall bear no responsibility or liability for the returned product while in transit to Thyme & Table® Customer Service Center.
What’s Covered:
The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in Thyme & Table®’s sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced up to one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Thyme & Table® may, in its sole discretion, (i) repair the original unit and/or non-wearable parts with new or refurbished parts or units or (ii) replace the original unit with a new or refurbished unit. Refurbished products or parts will be comparable in performance and function to an original unit or part.
In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends six (6) months following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the original unit’s warranty, whichever is later. Thyme & Table® reserves the right to replace the original unit with one of equal or greater value.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear of wearable parts (such as funnel, water reservoir, water reservoir lid, bean hopper, bean hopper lid, etc.), which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit, are not covered by this warranty. Replacement parts are available for purchase at shopthymeandtable.com.
- Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., failure to keep the well of the motor base clear of food spills and other debris), or damage due to mishandling in transit.
- Consequential and incidental damages.
- Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by Thyme & Table®. These defects include damages caused in the process of shipping, altering, or repairing the Thyme & Table® product (or any of its parts) when the repair is performed by a repair person not authorized by Thyme & Table®.
- Products purchased, used or operated outside of North America.
- Acts of God such as fire, floods, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
- Thyme & Table® shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in time to the duration of the warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and therefore, the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. The warranty covers specific legal rights which may vary by state, province and/or jurisdiction.
To Submit a Warranty Claim:
If your appliance fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period, reach out to us at support@shopthymeandtable.com. Thyme & Table® will cover the cost for the unit to be shipped to our Customer Service Center. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with return and packing instruction information after determining all troubleshooting any issues you may be experiencing.

This warranty does not cover:
- Normal product wear and tear, such as stains, discoloration, pitting, or scratches on the interior or exterior surface of the product that do not materially impact the performance of the cooking surface
- Damage to the interior or exterior of the product arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use (such as boiling dry), or failure to follow the use and care instructions
- Damage, such as dents or scratches, to the product caused by utensil impacts or stacking during storage
- Discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat or prolonged heat exposure when empty
- Surface scratches caused by sharp utensils such as knives and forks
- Surface scratches caused by the use of appliances such as mixers
- Damage caused by use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach
- Commercial, professional, or workplace use
- Incidental or consequential damages

KNIVES and Cutting Boards

No other party has the right or ability to alter or change the Terms and Conditions of this Warranty. Thyme & Table® warrants that Thyme & Table® cutlery will be free from defects in material, construction, or workmanship from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the product under normal use and following care instructions. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or abuse, damage resulting from the use of non- Thyme & Table® branded or third-party knife sharpeners, alteration to the product, negligence, or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item. If your Thyme & Table® product is defective and eligible for this limited warranty, Thyme & Table® will replace your product. Thyme & Table® reserves the right to replace the original product with one of equal or greater value.
Chips in the knife blades, broken knife tips, discoloration from food, and rust spots stemming from inadequate care (cleaning) are not covered.
