Product Warranty

For an item to fall under our warranty, it must have been purchased within one year of the claim date and have accompanying proof of purchase. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow care and use instructions as laid out on packaging (such as soaking or scratching metal cookware items), accidental damage (such as dropping cookware), basic negligence, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by overheating. It does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration, or other damage which does not impair the functionality of the product.  

This warranty is valid for Thyme&Table items purchased from Walmart retail locations,, and If your issue requires a refund, please note we can only refund purchases made through Replacements will be issued at our discretion, depending on the criteria laid out here.  

If you believe you have a defective product and wish to make a warranty claim, contact via email and attach the following information so we can assist: 


1)  proof of purchase that details when and where you purchased the item 

2) a detailed description of how the damages occurred or the manufacturing mishaps you may have experience  

3) a link or exact title of the product to qualify your replacement 

4) a photo of the defects or damaged item showing our logo so we can document your claim. This photo will also be used to address & improve any quality control issues.
