What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Certain items from my order did not come with the rest of my order

There are certain instances in which your orders are split from separate warehouses which may cause for separate deliveries. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this instance.

Do you ship internationally or to Canada?

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to facilitate replacements for international customers with the exception of Canada. We are excited to start shipping to our valued customers around the world as soon as possible.

I received dented items with my Cookware Set

We apologize for this mishap. This is a rare occurrence but happens from time to time due to shipping and handling during transit. If this happens to your purchase please contact support@shopthymeandtable.com for us to evaluate your case. Please forward your order number and photos of your dented items to qualify for a replacement.
