Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Thyme & Table offers a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all products purchased from authorized retailers.
This warranty applies to the original owner and the original product only, and is not transferable.

What’s Covered:
Thyme & Table warrants that your item will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of receipt, when used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the guidelines outlined in the User Guide.

Coverage includes:
• Manufacturing or workmanship defects that result in the product not working as advertised
(e.g., motor failure, components breaking, or blades not spinning despite proper use)
• Damaged or defective parts upon receipt of the product
• For kitchen electrics only: surface issues such as peeling, cracking, or leaking, provided the item was used and cleaned according to the manual

What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the care and usage instructions.

To Submit a Warranty Claim:
Please contact our customer service team and provide the following:
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
• Clear photos of the defective or broken item
• Brief description of the issue
