BLENDERS

How do I clean my blender?
  • Wash pitchers, lids & straw before first use.
  • All parts are dishwasher safe except for the motor base.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Do not submerge the motor base. Wipe clean as needed.
  • For more care instructions, please reference the manual.
The Motor Base of the machine is getting very hot during use.

Unplug the machine and allow it to cool completely before resuming use.

Machine is making loud/strange noises when trying to blend.
  • The Blender might be overfilled, or the contents could be stuck.
  • Turn off the blender, scrape off any food that maybe stuck to the blade.
  • If the Pitcher or the Cup is filled past the MAX fill line, remove some ingredients to bring the contents below the MAX fill line.
  • If the blade is getting stuck, unplug the blender and use a food-safe silicone or rubber utensil to mix the contents, or add more liquid before attempting to blend again.
The Pitcher or Cup has developed stains or discoloration.
  • If hand washing the Pitcher or the Cup with warm, soapy water does not remove the stains, use a mixture of white vinegar diluted with water and a soft cloth to help remove the stains.
  • To avoid further staining, the Pitcher or the Cup should always be cleaned promptly after using stain-prone ingredients (such as tomatoes, turmeric, carrots, or beets).

AIR FRYER

How do I clean my air fryer?
  • Hand wash all detachable parts before first use. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Clean the interior regularly by wiping with a damp cloth and following up with a dry cloth. Ensure the machine is completely dry before using.
  • Do not submerge the machine. Wipe the exterior clean as needed.
  • For more care instructions, please reference the manual.
  • To clean water stains or release trapped water inside the basket window, simply run the Air Fryer for about 5 minutes.
The Basket will not insert properly.
  • Make sure the Basket is properly aligned with the opening of the Air Fryer. If it is tilted at an angle, it may not insert correctly.
  • Ensure that there is no debris inside of the opening of the Air Fryer or on the underside/outside of the Basket that may be preventing it from sliding into place.
Food is not heating evenly.
  • It is important to ensure that the Basket is not overcrowded with food, as this may prevent proper air circulation. If the Basket is overcrowded, remove some food, then attempt to use the Air Fryer again.
  • Do not overfill the Basket beyond the top of the window. Make sure the food does not touch the heat source inside.
  • Shaking or flipping the food ⅔ of the way through will help food to heat more evenly.
  • Foods that are being cooked from frozen may need to be heated for longer, and may benefit from being shaken or flipped multiple times during cooking to encourage uniform heating.
Burning smell during use.
  • If you are using the Air Fryer for the first time, all removable parts should be thoroughly cleaned and dried completely before using. The Air Fryer might emit a mild scent during first use. This is normal and not detrimental to the performance of the Air Fryer.
  • If you notice the smell of burning food or oil during use, there may be food particles or residual oil stuck to the Basket. Remove the Basket, clean it thoroughly with warm water and dish soap, and dry it completely before resuming use.
  • Unplug the Air Fryer, remove the Basket, and check the area that holds the Basket for any stray pieces of food.
  • Other than food-safe aluminum foil, do not use any materials to line the Air Fryer basket that are not specifically listed as safe for use with an Air Fryer.
  • WARNING: Do not store or use any parchment paper, paper towel sheets, or other flammable materials inside the Air Fryer.

  • Ensure that any foods inserted into the Toaster are not thicker than the slots. Food should be inserted into the Toaster without added force. If bread, bagels, or other similar items are thickly sliced and need to be pushed into the slots, they may not lift properly after toasting.
  • Unplug the Toaster, allow it to cool completely, and look into the slots, checking for any food debris that may be preventing the tray from lifting up.
The toasting lever won’t stay down.
  • Stray crumbs may prevent the lever from locking into position when pressed down. Unplug the Toaster, allow it to cool completely, and empty and clean the Crumb Tray.
  • Please note: if the toaster is not plugged in, lever won’t stay down.
Burning smell during use.
  • If crumbs are not regularly cleaned out of the Toaster and are allowed to build up, they may burn during use. Any crumbs should be cleaned out of the Toaster regularly as specified in the Cleaning & Maintenance section of this manual.
  • If foods containing ingredients prone to melting (such as frosting or cheese) are heated in the Toaster, these ingredients may drip onto the heating elements and burn.
  • If foods containing liquid fillings (such as fruit filling) are heated in the Toaster, and the filling leaks at any point, it may drip onto the heating elements and burn.

  • Make sure the Glass Lid of the Slow Cooker is securely in place during cooking, with no gaps that may be releasing heat. The Glass Lid should not be removed during the first two hours of cooking to allow heat to efficiently build-up.
  • Using frozen ingredients will increase the time needed for cooking. To help the Slow Cooker to heat up more efficiently, frozen ingredients should be thawed prior to use.
  • Ensure that the Slow Cooker is set to LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH and not KEEP WARM. The KEEP WARM setting is only intended for keeping food warm after cooking.
  • Make sure the Slow Cooker is in cooking mode. When operating, the COOK/STOP indicator light will blink.
Food is not cooking evenly.
  • Distribute the food evenly in the Ceramic Inner Pot. After 2 hours of cooking, open the lid and stir regularly throughout the cooking process to help food cook more evenly.
  • Cutting food into smaller pieces and ensuring that any frozen ingredients are thawed will help food to cook more evenly.
  • Ensure that the Slow Cooker is on a level surface during use.
Food is overcooking or undercooking
  • To prevent overcooking, make sure to fill the Ceramic Inner Pot ½ to ¾ of the way full. When beginning the cooking process, the Slow Cooker should contain a minimum of 1-2 cups of added liquid or sauce.
  • Ensure that the Slow Cooker is set to the appropriate temperature for the recipe being used.
  • Always cook with the Glass Lid on, keeping it on for the entire cooking process.
