Its Eclipse Moonscape heavy-duty triple layer nonstick coating provides excellent food release perfect for cooking eggs, stir-frys, and fish. Not only is this textured, ceramic-reinforced surface made without PFOs or PFOAs for healthy cooking but it’s scratch-resistant and compatible with a variety of utensils. This pan also features an ergonomic stainless steel riveted handle for stability while cooking.
