Easy Slow Cooker Veggie Chili

This hearty, no-fuss veggie chili is loaded with beans, corn, tomatoes, and cozy spices—perfect for a comforting meal. Simply add everything to the slow cooker, let it simmer until the flavors come together, and serve with your favorite toppings like avocado, cheese, or sour cream.
Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional garnishes: avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro
Instructions

Add all ingredients to the Ceramic Inner Pot and stir to combine.

Cook using the CHILI/BEANS preset.
