Add some Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and your favorite boost (hello, protein powder!), blend it all up, and you’ve got a delicious, feel-good power smoothie ready to fuel your day—no fuss, just fresh vibes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen spinach

  • ½ cup frozen mango

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ cup coconut milk (add more to adjust texture)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp flax seed powder (optional)

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend together frozen spinach, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and any powdered supplements (like flax or protein powder).

  2. Once smooth, add the fruits and continue blending until creamy.
