This icy peach cocktail is sunshine in a glass—fresh, fizzy, and just the right kind of sweet. Blended with schnapps, bubbles, and a splash of sour, it’s the perfect mix of refreshing and fun. Top it with a peach slice and fresh mint, kick back, and enjoy the chill vibes.
Ingredients

⅓ cup frozen or fresh sliced peaches

¾ oz peach schnapps

4 oz Champagne or Prosecco

1 oz fresh sour mix

½ oz grenadine syrup

½ oz simple syrup

¾ cup ice cubes

Fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
