Looking for a quick, tasty boost that actually feels good? This smoothie blends fresh banana, frozen blueberries, oats, and nut butter into one creamy, delicious sip. Simply blend everything together, add a sprinkle of mint if you’re feeling fancy, and you’re ready to fuel up—no hassle, all flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • ¼ cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice

  • 1 cup milk of your choice

  • Optional: fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass.

  3. Garnish with more chia seeds, blueberries, and mint if desired.

  4. Enjoy!
